Louisiana sheriffs’ offices are active partners in every community throughout the state. Under the leadership of a the local elected sheriff, parish sheriffs’ offices provide community outreach services, professional law enforcement and crime deterrence, response to disasters, and collects and distributes taxes.

LLOJ supports the sheriff’s offices’ mission of providing professional law enforcement services to the local citizens in Louisiana.

Support Law And Order Prosecutors

We support district attorneys who pursue fair and effective justice in the court system.

Oppose Activist Judges Who Recreate Law From The Bench

Justices should rule on the laws as they are written, even if they do not agree with it.

Ensure Crime Victims Have a Voice in the Court System

We support the Louisiana Crime Victims Bill of Rights, which guarantees victims to have an active role in their court case.

Enforce Laws Fairly and Equally

Fair justice is blind justice. All laws should be applied equally to all citizens.
